Welcome to Virtual Bible School for Kids with Ms. Janika. By registering a child and completing payment, the parent or legal guardian agrees to the following terms.
Program
Virtual Bible School for Kids is a supplemental Christian education program designed for children ages 7–10. The 2026–2027 founding program runs from October 2026 through May 2027 and includes live online Bible instruction and supporting educational activities.
Virtual Bible School is not an accredited school, private school, daycare program, or replacement for a child's required education.
Biblical Instruction
Virtual Bible School provides Christian religious education. Instruction is Scripture-centered, uses the King James Version (KJV) as the primary Bible translation, and is taught from a Christian Pentecostal theological perspective.
By enrolling, parents acknowledge the explicitly Christian nature of the program.
Parent/Guardian Responsibility
Registration must be completed by a parent, legal guardian, or adult authorized to enroll the child.
Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate enrollment information and maintaining a current email address and other requested contact information.
Official program communication will be directed to the parent/guardian.
Live Online Participation
Students are expected to participate respectfully and appropriately during live classes.
Parents are responsible for providing appropriate internet access, a compatible device, necessary learning materials, and a suitable environment for participation.
Virtual Bible School is not responsible for missed instruction caused by a family's internet, device, software, or other technical difficulties.
Attendance
Consistent attendance is encouraged so students receive the full benefit of the program.
If a student misses class, supplemental materials or assignments may be provided when available. Live classes are not guaranteed to be recorded or made available for replay.
Student Conduct
Students are expected to treat the teacher and other students respectfully and follow classroom expectations.
Virtual Bible School reserves the right to contact a parent/guardian regarding repeated disruptive, inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior. Serious or repeated conduct concerns may result in removal from live participation or dismissal from the program.
Privacy During Live Classes
Parents and students may not record, photograph, screenshot, livestream, distribute, or publicly share live classroom sessions or images, voices, names, comments, or identifying information belonging to other participating children.
Tuition
Tuition for the 2026–2027 founding year is $125 per child, unless an authorized discount or promotional code is applied.
Enrollment is not considered complete until all required registration information and applicable tuition payment have been received.
Discount codes are intended only for eligible recipients and may have expiration dates or other restrictions.
Educational Results
Virtual Bible School is designed to support biblical knowledge, biblical literacy, faith development, and related academic skills. Individual student outcomes will vary. Enrollment does not guarantee a particular academic, spiritual, or educational result.
Program Changes
Reasonable adjustments to schedules, lessons, platforms, assignments, or program operations may occasionally be necessary. Parents will be notified of significant changes.
Agreement
By completing enrollment and payment, the parent/guardian acknowledges that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.
Effective Date: September 2026
Virtual Bible School for Kids is an eight-month educational program with limited enrollment.
Before the Program Begins
A parent/guardian may request cancellation before the first scheduled class on October 5, 2026.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method, less any non-refundable payment processing fees where permitted and applicable.
After Classes Begin
Once the program begins on October 5, 2026, tuition is generally non-refundable, including for missed classes, voluntary withdrawal, scheduling conflicts, vacations, failure to attend, or a student's decision not to participate.
Because enrollment is limited, a student's registration reserves a space that may otherwise have been offered to another family.
Program Cancellation
If Virtual Bible School cancels the entire remaining program and cannot reasonably provide replacement instruction, affected families will receive an appropriate refund for instruction that Virtual Bible School permanently cancels.
Individual Class Changes
Occasional class rescheduling, platform changes, teacher emergencies, technical interruptions, or other reasonable program adjustments do not automatically qualify for a full tuition refund. When practical, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or provide an alternative.
Dismissal
Refunds are not guaranteed when a student is removed from the program because of serious or repeated violations of classroom expectations or program policies.
Discounted Enrollment
Refunds for enrollment purchased with an authorized discount will be based on the amount actually paid, not the regular $125 tuition price.
Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted in writing through the contact information provided on msjanika.com and should include the parent's name, child's name, and enrollment information.
Effective Date: September 2026
Virtual Bible School for Kids respects the privacy of children and families participating in the program.
