Virtual Bible School Policies

Please review these policies before registering your child. By registering and submitting tuition payment, the parent/legal guardian acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

1. TERMS & CONDITIONS

Virtual Bible School is a live online Christian Bible education program for ages 7–10. The 2026–2027 program runs October 5, 2026–May 24, 2027. Classes meet Mondays at 7:00 PM Eastern for approximately 45 minutes. Tuition is $125 per child.

Enrollment is complete only after registration information and tuition are received. Parents must provide accurate contact and student information. Students need a physical Bible (KJV is the primary translation), basic writing supplies, internet access, and compatible technology.

Students are expected to participate respectfully. A responsible adult should be reasonably available during class when needed. Enrollment is for the registered child and cannot be transferred without approval.

Schedules, activities, curriculum details, or technology platforms may be reasonably adjusted when necessary, with significant changes communicated to families. Virtual Bible School is not responsible for internet outages or technical problems outside its control. Participation does not guarantee specific academic, behavioral, spiritual, or other outcomes.

2. PRIVACY POLICY

Registration is completed by a parent/legal guardian. Information collected may include parent name, email, phone number, child’s name, age/date of birth, grade, Bible-learning experience, and other information voluntarily provided.

Information is used for enrollment, parent communication, class preparation, student support, program administration, and necessary records. Personal information is not sold or rented for advertising.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Virtual Bible School does not directly store complete credit/debit card information. Information may be shared with service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the website, payments, email, or online learning services.

Parents may request appropriate corrections or deletion of personal information, subject to records that must reasonably be retained. Reasonable security measures are used, but no internet system can guarantee absolute security. This policy may be updated and the current version will be posted online.

3. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Tuition is $125 per child and reserves the student’s place for the October 2026–May 2027 program.

Cancellation requests received before October 5, 2026 may be eligible for a refund, less any nonrecoverable payment-processing feesOnce classes begin on October 5, 2026, tuition is non-refundable. Missed classes, absences, voluntary withdrawal, incomplete assignments, participant-side technology issues, or choosing not to continue do not qualify for prorated refunds.

If Virtual Bible School cancels the entire program, families will be notified regarding any applicable refund. Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually but do not guarantee a refund. Refund requests must be submitted through the Contact page.
